    Our research spans a variety of areas including Autonomic Computing, Workload Control Techniques for Database Management Systems and Ultra-large-scale systems, Cloud Computing, Policy-based Management for complex systems such as Web Services and Database Management Systems.

    The lab is headed by Dr. Patrick Martin, Professor and  assisted by Wendy Powley, Research Associate.

    • Jan, 2012:  Papers accepted to CCGrid 2012 and Future Generation Computer Systems.
    • December 12, 2011:  ORF-RE Launch Meeting
    • December, 2011 -- 2 papers accepted to workshops co-located with ICDE 2012.
    • November 2011:  CASCON 2011 -- 4 posters presented at CASCON by DSL group
    • July 2011: ORF-RE Grant Awarded -- Dr. Patrick Martin, Principal Investigator.
